We specialize in bespoke, handcrafted display pieces and dioramas. Because every environment is built entirely by hand from scratch using complex artistic techniques (such as resin water effects, hand-painted finishes, and custom textures), slight variations from the prototype photos are completely normal.

• Display Materials & Casing: Our displays utilize high-quality acrylic, glassware, and other premium materials chosen for their clarity and durability. Please note that acrylic is naturally susceptible to microscopic surface scratches that may show under certain direct light, while glassware should be handled with extra care to avoid cracks or breakage.

• Sealed Displays: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our display globes and domes are completely sealed units intended for exhibition only and cannot be opened.

• No Live Elements: All natural or organic elements used in our scenery are entirely artificial and require zero maintenance.​

2. Custom Orders & Sourcing

We welcome custom requests to bring your ultimate scenes together. Because our figures and components are sourced directly from trusted, authentic suppliers in Japan, custom builds require extra processing, sourcing, and creation time. Estimated completion windows will be provided upon project confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our store are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to adjust pricing, correct typographical errors, or discontinue items at our discretion without prior notice. Payments are processed securely via our checkout gateway; we never see or store your private card information.

4. Shipping & Global Delivery

We operate out of Sydney, Australia, and ship worldwide.

• Weights: Our standard edition pokeball displays are intentionally designed to weigh under 500g, ensuring they remain highly sturdy yet cost-effective to ship internationally.

• Delivery Windows: Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Once a package is handed over to the postal carrier, delivery delays caused by customs processing or holiday peak periods are entirely outside of our control.

5. Cancellations & Returns

• Before Shipping: You may request an order cancellation for a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched.

• After Shipping: If you change your mind after an item has shipped, a refund may be issued entirely at our discretion. In these cases, you are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. The refund will only be processed once you provide a valid return tracking number and the item safely arrives back at our studio in its original condition.

• Bespoke/Custom Items: Custom commissions cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun due to the tailored nature of the materials sourced.

6. Australian Consumer Law & Guarantees

Our goods come with automatic guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are fully entitled to a replacement or refund for any major failure or if the item fails to be of acceptable quality. Please note that accidental drops, scratches caused by handling, or damage resulting from exposing the display to intense heat or direct sunlight do not qualify as manufacturing faults.

7. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

The finished products sold on this website are independent, altered works of art. The retail price of our dioramas reflects the combined cost of the raw materials, the physical figures used, and our artisan design and assembly services.

 

All copyrights, trademarks, and character designs remain the exclusive property of their original rightsholders and respective manufacturing companies. Another Town by Tenxia operates as an independent art studio and claims no corporate affiliation with, or ownership of, the underlying intellectual property used in these custom displays.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or our products will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
